| Q: | Will the High Achiever Program cost me anything? |
| A: | The only costs you will be liable for are any textbooks/stationery costs, and transport costs to and from the University. Students studying under the High Achiever Program will not be liable for HECS. |
| Q: | Do I already have a place reserved for me at the University after I complete year 12 |
| A: | No. When you have completed your Year 11/12 studies, you will need to apply to the University as a normal Year 12 leaver. However you can apply for credit for the units you have studied. |
| Q: | Will I be in classes with 1st year University students? |
| A: | Yes, the great thing about the High Achiever Program as it gives you a great introduction into what University is all about and the opportunity to interact with other University students. |
| Q: | Will I be required to submit assignments and sit exams? |
| A: | Yes, the assessment for these units will be exactly the same as if you were a University student and you will be required to submit assignments by the due date and sit exams along with your fellow class members. |
| Q: | Is it possible to get extensions for assignments if I find it difficult with my other TCE/IB studies to get it done in time? |
| A: | If you are having problems meeting the deadlines for the internal assessment it might be a good idea to talk to your High Achiever Liaison Officer. It is possible to get extensions if there is very good reason and they will be able to assist you in looking into this option. However it is very important when participating in the High Achiever program that you have good time management and don't leave everything to the last minute. |
| Q: | Will I be required to wear my school uniform to attend classes at the University? |
| A: | No, you are most welcome to wear what ever you feel comfortable in. You may feel more at ease in casual clothes. |
