This course allows students to develop a detailed understanding of the issues and factors, both national and international, that determine how macro and micro economic systems are organised and how decisions are made by individuals, business, firms and governments. Students can undertake studies in the following areas:
- Australian Economy & the Asia Pacific
- Economic Analysis
- Economic Policy
- Finance
- A major from another field of study eg. Accounting, Computing or Government

Special Requirements

In addition to meeting the University's basic admission requirements, applicants must have passed Mathematics Applied TQA 3 (MTA315109), or an equivalent unit, or, a higher level Mathematics subject as accepted by the School of Economics and Finance and/or by the Faculty of Business.
